Come join us for a free workout. Arrive early to warm up and be ready to go at 4:00 PM. Park on the street near the track, or in the school's parking lot.
Our weekly workout is held on the track, and is lead by our club coach, Jim Cawley, who customizes workouts for every individual to help them at their respective point of training. These workouts will, among other things, strengthen your legs and abs, and improve your endurance and sprint technique.
Smaller groups meet at other times during the week to train with each other. Come to a Sunday workout and chat with other members to see if your schedule will allow you to join someone else on other days. One of the best things you can do to train better, harder and more consistently is to have a partner!
